Great Service ! No Problems.

Josh continues to do my cars and does a fine job. It seems that the only problem to arise is your parts supplier i.e. Muffler on Mercury and brakes on Suburu.

Kumler is the only place that I trust with my truck or car. They always fix what is broke, and if it isn't broke they will not try to tell you it is.

We had out car at kumler for a window accident which wasn't our fault. This was months ago, and still to this day i am finding glass in our car in simple and harder to get to places. I have pictures from my cleaning my car out today(which i wish i could post) where piles of glass were found, under my floor mats, under the seats, in my trunk/gas release latches, in the side pockets of the car. I have had glass stuck in my hands, elbows(from working on and cleaning my car), and in my dogs paws. They also tried to say our automatic window wasn't working before but there was glass stuck in the seals. When you open our doors you can hear the glass rattling in it still. They claimed they spent over 3 hours cleaning it, and there is absolutely no way because i spend typically 30 to 45 mins vacuuming when i clean my car about once a month and find handfuls of glass each time. I will never recommend them ever and be sure to check your car before you accept it back!!
