Always friendly, courteous, thorough, responsive to concerns and service oriented. Diligent followup and attention to schedule on time maintenance. Coupons are very helpful and appreciated.

Kumler always does a great job! They fit me in for a brake job on no notice, gave me a loaner car to drive to work, and had my vehicle back that same day for me. They do great work and never try to add work that isn’t needed. And Howie is the best!

As always, service was done efficiently, in a reasonable time period, and in a professional manner. Staff is always friendly and helpful. An explanation of what was needed, why, what was done, and recommendations of items that may need to be addressed in the future is always provided. And I am always shown the part that was replaced and why it needed to be replaced.
