I absolutely can't recommend Kumler enough. From start to finish they were professional, prompt, communicative, and did excellent work on my car.

All of a sudden my car started running poorly, I started researching shops and came across Kumler. They were the first shop that actually answered the phone and I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I talked with Howie and he got me in quickly. He was great about keeping me informed about the progress and issues with my vehicle. Even though he had to deliver bad news to me, he did it with grace and empathy. That goes A LONG way these days. I do highly recommend!

Working with Kumler Collision was a fantastic experience. From them making arrangements to do an impromptu initial review when I drove in on the wrong Friday to the frequent text updates on the progress of my repair. Everyone was super professional and friendly and Colin was great answering any questions I had. I live about 1.5 hours away from them, but selected them based on previous work completed for family members in the area. I will definitely use Kumler again if the need arises.
