Lancaster Auto Repair

Love my Kumler service !!! They always take great care of us!!!

Kumler did an excellent job on my vehicle after my car was hit. They were professional, they kept me informed, and their work was top notch. They went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. I can't recommend them enough

Had to replace a headlight. Service, as always, was quick and done correctly.

I absolutely can't recommend Kumler enough. From start to finish they were professional, prompt, communicative, and did excellent work on my car.

All of a sudden my car started running poorly, I started researching shops and came across Kumler. They were the first shop that actually answered the phone and I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I talked with Howie and he got me in quickly. He was great about keeping me informed about the progress and issues with my vehicle. Even though he had to deliver bad news to me, he did it with grace and empathy. That goes A LONG way these days. I do highly recommend!

Completely satisfied

They did a good job fixing the damage to our truck.

The Kumler Automotive team, out back, in the garage, as always, did a spectacular and professional job on my Warranty Maintenance. Kumler IS the best in Lancaster, OH! Bravo! To Howie, Cierra/Sierra and team. Thank you!

Kumler is a very professional and quality place. They have worked on several of our cars and several cars for family and friends. Great place and definitely would recommend.
