Lancaster Auto Repair

I choose Kumler Automotive Repair because they have always been honest with me about the necessary repairs that needed done, they have completed the work when they say it will be done, provide a free loaner car and most of all do quality work ... i don't have to wonder "did they really fix it right?" Thanks Howie, Sierra and the repair technicians .. you all do a great job!

Always great service

The quality of the work that was provided on my vehicle was absolutely fabulous, this is not the first time that I have had work done at your business. Your service is consistently superb. Thanks again for your attention to detail!

Great service. Service manager was very professional. Technical expertise was excellent.

Great service, quality and nice people.

They do good work however they may have some customer service issues. Debbie at the front desk specifically was extremely rude and unprofessional and really seemed to hate her job. You should not treat customers like they know everything or as if they are stupid. Other than that issue, they are a good company.

The folks at Kumler always to a very good, honest job!

Kumler has fantastic customer service. They get straight to the problem and are very reasonably priced. I recommend them to folks that want great service and wonderful customer service.
