Dishonest The worst thing a car repair place can be is dishonest. And unfortunately that’s exactly what Kumler is. I was recently in a very low speed (5mph) accident in my nearly brand new car which I bought brand new from the dealership a year ago. After taking it to Kumler and waiting weeks for them to assess the damage, they told my insurance company there was a ton of structural damage which then would translate to my car being totaled. Mind you, I was able to drive this brand new car off the site of this low speed accident. So I spoke to my insurance agent and asked how that could be possible. He informed me that Kumler is notorious for giving higher estimates as well as including things such as towing fees and holding fees in the estimate even though that’s incorrect. They will give a high estimate, charge for holding and tearing down, then total the car and get their 1,000 bucks. I will not be coming back here.

They do good work, they try to work with the customer, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work well with insurance companies. I recently received a quote for an out of pocket repair on an older vehicle I just acquired. I wanted to get some window seals replaced and a fiberglass repair and paint done. The quote was very high based on the estimated time to repair and using OEM parts. Their labor rate is decent otherwise.

I just got my truck back from Kumler today, they did body work on the bed and bumper. And fixed other issues, I’m absolutely amazed by their work, even matching the paint. I’m beyond satisfied, the guy I’ve been talking to Jeff Wagner has been awesome, he’s been keeping me updated on the progress. The truck was done exactly when he said it would be. I didn’t expect that I thought it would take longer, Even deb in the office she has been very nice and professional, if you want your vehicle looking like it was when it was new go to KUMLER!!!
